Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We get it - sometimes a product just isn’t quite right. Here’s how we handle it:
- Exchanges or Store Credit: We happily waive return shipping and restocking fees for exchanges or store credit.
- Refunds: If you prefer a full refund instead, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs.
Return Guidelines
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
- For holiday orders placed between November 1, 2025, and December 25th, 2025 returns are accepted up to 45 days from the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Personalized or custom-made items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
